Hi, how can I rerun the run() function in edx_jsme/startup.py?
because my current jsmeinput.html is not in the lookup templates.

There is a large empty space between the application and the elements beneath it that is meant to be space for a pop up to appear. It would be much better if this space only appeared when needed (ie the application dynamically created additional whitespace to accommodate its popups).

These issues were brought up during edX code review and must be fixed as soon as possible; if it wasn't for the time sensitive nature of the review, these would have absolutely been pull request blockers. Thanks for understanding that these issues are unacceptable to our product team and jar the fluidity of the edX user experience.

I've noticed one alignment issue in latest Chrome and Firefox (but not in Safari).

The red cross is aligned to the right instead of being on the left as usual:

And when Show Answer is clicked, it shifts to the left but the answer then appears on the right:
