Currently, the hash takes filename + SQL string. The file name also contains the extension resulting in different hashes, even though the SQL migration is the same.

Given the following two migrations:

0000_initial.sql

select 1;

Renaming from sql to js (no version conflicts)
0000_initial.js

module.exports.generateSql = () => `select 1;`

Currently results in different hashes and therefore a conflict. Is that on purpose? I was expecting the hashes to be the same, given they return the same SQL
