Hello! Thank you so much for providing accompanying code for your paper!

How do I run this code? I just followed the instructions in README.rst then opened up the notebook in Jupyter, but I see there is also run-exp.py. should I be trying to use that also?

Anyway, with my notebook (I'm using Python3) I fixed the first error:

import cPickle as pickle             # ImportError: No module named 'cPickle'
import six.moves.cPickle as pickle   # works!

But now:

from learning.isb import ISB   # ImportError: No module named 'learning.isb'

Looking in my ../learning folder I can see that there is no such module.

How to fix?

In the DARN model, I think you should use the upper triangular matrix (and k=1) in the log_prob computation.

Now the first column of T.dot(X, W) contains values, while it should just contain zeroes.

Is this indeed the case or am I misunderstanding something?
