I don't think I'm using vertex array buffering correctly. The current application of vertex array buffers is functional, but possibly inefficient. A single vertex array buffer is being generated for every new mesh.

It would be a good idea to add the copyright information to each file,
especially because there are two different ways the code can be licensed that
isn't differentiated merely by having the license present (GPLv2 vs GPLv2+).

Rotating the camera around the x axis causes strange warping effects.

The current algorithm for maintaining a smooth FPS does not work as would be desired. For one thing, the current FPS should be printed to the terminal every second. However, the time between FPS prints increases exponentially.
