I believe support for plugins which use multigraph / dirtyconfig should just work out of the box because any recent munin master should be capable of handling it, but we should still register capabilities the master announces.

The worker is completely untested right now (apart from deployments). Having some unit tests would probably be beneficial..

... to run the formatter checks, credo, and tests.

Right now nobody but me knows what the hell this thing is and how it works. Document it!
