Instead of querying Flickr every time, let's build a database of Chance images to select from.

The current fonts don't display emoji properly, because I was lazy and just copied them from my system fonts.

Depending on the font, sometimes the text runs way past the edges of the tweet. This has something to do with the rotation (and also, I think, with not every single line getting tested for being larger than the image).

PIL is doing some weird mega-compression right now.
