python-tsp-simulated-annealing's Issues

Well done and easy to modify!

Thank you, this was well structured and easy enough that I could supplement real-world coordinates and make it write the output as WKT.

from shapely.geometry import Point, LineString
...
with open("/tmp/variants.wkt", "w") as sink:
    for i, solution in enumerate(sa.solution_history):
        # solution is a list of indexes corresponding to sa.coords
        points = []
        for index in solution:
            points.append(Point(sa.coords[index]))
        ls = LineString(points)
        sink.write(f"{ls}\t{i}\n")

To anyone reading this, if you start using it over longer distances of geographic coordinates make sure you calculate correct distances on the ellipsoid, otherwise your results will be garbage. ;)
