Hi is it possible to use PNG images instead of 3D glasses?

Hi, having a weird issue with just your regular demo.html file. When I open it, it works fine but my GPU fan spins up and the GPU itself starts having massive coil whine because it is being pushed to 100% usage for the duration of the demo. (see image below)

Just wondering if this is a known issue?

I'm trying to put a Capture Image button into the VTO Canvas.
When I call the function JEEWIDGET.capture_image(15, captured(), false); I get this error in console:
'ma is not a function' from the file JeelizNNCwidget.js

(captured() is my function callback).

i posted yesterday about the invalid SKU exception but now its not working even a bit... not asking about the permission of webcam. nothing is happening. tried different browser's mozilla, chrome even UC browser. and also tired different laptops still no luck.

cause i am trying to develop a virtual try on for glasses, let me know

after clicking on "try on a picture" and choose photo from the files and after uploading its not loading in canvas and after 2-3 mins it logs error in console "Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://fallbackglassesdb.jeeliz.com/' from origin 'https://jeeliz.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource."

Hi I am considering using your solution but wondering what is the process of adding new frames? You mentioned I would contact you but I’m sure you wouldn’t have all glasses in the world so how can I myself add a new frame. Do I need special camera equipment to take a picture of the frame and then upload somewhere?

I keep getting an error which says Invalid SKU, but I'm pretty sure I've done almost everything accurately.

I have UI to allow the user to pick which camera they have after the VTO has been started. I see in the documentation that you can set it at initialization but nothing on how to do it after that. The alternative would be to destroy/deinit the library and then reinitialize it, but it looks like there is no destroy() method like there is in the other Jeeliz libs.

How can I set deviceId after initialization has already occurred?

your 3D Glasses JSON example is not working.

After loading the exported JSON object with:

 JEEWIDGET.load_modelStandalone(actual_JSON);

It returns a:

  Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of null

I know that you don't give support for free, but your demo is broken here.

it was working fine before but now its giving me the error of "INVALID SKU" exception. I did not change anything in the file (demo.html). I am looking forward to attach it with my website. we can discuss that later. I am gonna present this software to my company...maybe they'll buy it. but for now this error coming up. resolve this issue

Just downloaded and tried testing the code.
It worked well in Firefox but not in Chrome.
The camera is not detected.
Tried using the url https://jeeliz.com/sunglasses/ . The camera is detected both on Firefox and Chrome but not the sample code.
Appreciate any assistance.

I used this html code

I have added the widget in the DotNet MVC framework.
It worked fine in Firefox and Safari but not Chrome.
Reason it is because it cannot detect the camera in Chrome.
Error message errlable = FALLBACK_UNAVAILABLE
Tried to find further error detail but could not

Hi i'm currently creating a final year project for my final year semester and it has the jeeliz glasses feature. It was working fine before, now it's not working where it says invalid SKU. May I know why i'm facing the invalid SKU?

Is there a possibility to change the environment map image? Or are you planning on adding this feature in the future?

How to integrate this VTO Widget with android app. I am wondering if this is possible. I am following
this tutorial.
I have completely followed the instructions but app is not running whether an issue occured i.e given below
"Installation did not succeed.
The application could not be installed: SHELL_UNRESPONSIVE
The device timed out while trying to install the application."

what would be the pathway. Have you explained it anywhere for android integration.

I am trying to incorporate Mediapipe hand model with the widget to have some kind of virtual button (instead of clicking using mouse) on the button to select frame. However, I realize the webcam is activated upon activating the widget which prevent me from utilizing the webcam for hand recognition. I realize the activation of the webcam is built in with the "JEELIZVTOWIDGET.start" function, which prevent from calling the video feed for Mediapipe. I was wondering there could be a feature to call the video feed seperately?

Running into an error: Qa.switch_sleep is not a function.
I have added the relevant package, and file into my project.

import { JEELIZVTO, JEELIZVTOWIDGET } from 'jeelizvtowidget';

SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module getting this error while importing.

Added the jeelizvtowidget as dev-dependencies still getting the same error.
Also getting this warning in vscode Could not find a declaration file for module 'jeelizvtowidget'.

I want to use this library with CCTV but after I managed to do it the I figured out that the library searches for webcam by default, if not attached it gives an error and doesn't call onWebcamGet method where I change the stream with the CCTV stream.
Is it possible to call onWebcamGet even when webcam not attached or add a feature to disable that behaviour.

Using Squarespace. Website seems to be recognizing both the css and the html.

I'm getting a blank screen when working on a pc without a webcam. I was wondering if it is possible to load photos via passing base64 data ( or any other file formats ) to the api without having to use the webcam.
