After uploading an image to a check-in, I noticed it looked much more squished. It doesn't appear to be just the way FourSquare is displaying the images, because after downloaded the processed image I can see the ratios are actually different.

Upon inspection I can see that it went from about a 1:1.7 (3404 x 2000px)to a 1:1.33 (720 x 540 px) AR.

Does the resizing occur on the app's side or server-side?

Sometimes loads are not visualized.
Seems to be during Refresh or initial load

This will help to diagnose issues with the underlying geo location system.

Consider a good/bad indicator that provides quick information and store that on the net.

Need to update the privacy policy for the feature and to respect users here. Also consider a more advanced option...

High. When user tries to checkin and gets a bad location fix then collect:

1. Lat/Long returned by Location API
2. Was Wifi turned on – available via NetworkInformation APIs
3. IP Address (if available) – may be on server side as part of HTTP call
4. DateTime
5. Any free form text that user wants to enter
6. Venues that were shown the user

Often Venues will have a 'retry' that doesn't really work

• Some people just have issues here. Not sure why - WebBrowser control timing issues?
• Invalid OAuth scenarios?
