There should be an exception in the jenkins log. That would be very helpful.

No log attached. There is nothing here that can be investigated.
Perhaps try without the cache?

Hello,
Sorry for the little information provided.
After checking the webhook version we see that we are on version 2.1.0.
Reviewing the topic provided we have something similar but it is not exactly the same problem because those error lines shown in the logs do not appear. We have made a review and we do not see any error as in other cases that have been seen.
Do you advise us to try to update to version 2.1.1?

We have upgraded to version 2.1.1 but we still have the same problem. And the logs do not show any errors.
What would you advise us to do?

Hi,
Sorry for the confusion and missing information @tomasbjerre .
With your plugin in a version prior to 2.0.0v, we received a response around 1s, when we updated the plugin to the latest versions we raised it to 3s timeout, but it failed because it did not have enough time to respond. Currently we have changed it to 10s so that it can continue to work. But this is too long time.
What has changed in these latest updates so that this timeout has changed to more than 1s as it did in previous versions.
I hope you can help me by indicating some kind of configuration that we have missed in order to preserve this timeout.
