I am not a Glyphs user (no working Apple computer) but happen no know about @simoncozens' plugin GlyphsGit from a while back. How does this relate or compare to that? Is it possible they cover similar ground and would benefit from trying to merge the best ideas together?

Offer to create a local git repository, optionally with remote, if the file is not already in a git repo.

Perhaps with option key modifier, instead of autogenerating the commit message, let the user enter one.

If the Glyphs file is new to the repo, offer to add it.

Does SaveToGit work with the new package file format?
