Project Goal:

  • Evaluate the impacts of climate change to marine conservation in terms of fish biomass within and outise marine reserves

Files and folders organization:

In this repository you will find all of the code related to the manuscript Marine Protected Areas Can Reduce Localized Losses to Fisheries Under Climate Change. Note that the code needs data to run. However, due to the large volume of data needed, these are not in GitHub. Please email the authors to discuss other ways to share the data.

  • Main_script.Rmd: This is the RMD where you can find all the data analysis for the manuscript including results and figures

  • Functions: Folder containing functions needed to run the analysis
