onecler json cfg file "newerThan" is not updated correctly
If you run onceler with 100 files, it will run many logax commands in parallel. Because of this, the update to the onceler.json config file "newerThan" field does not happen chronologically. This is not an issue if onceler runs without error, but if it crashes, it will run in the next cron iteration from the wrong point in time.
This makes onceler less efficient since you end up processing files again.
