It would be nice if user could set up folder where to upload images by media sources.

It seems that the snippet is not working in a multi context site (Babel two contexts french and english)

I may be the first to try it.

There is absolutly no message, nothing, but no display neither.

The code from the browser gives just :

for a resource code of :

where 4 is the id number of the album (I tried a lot...)

The js or css code related to the snippet aren't loaded either.

I did a test on the same server same modx release 2.2 on a different domain without multiple contexts (no babel), and it worked like a charm.

I want to use more than 1 Slider on a page - but the 2nd /3rd Slider can't be loaded.

It would be nice if there would be a possibility to duplicate an album. So I don't have to upload images twice.

Images don't show properly.
My image size needs to be 204x100px, but the slide show only shows the top 20px enlarged and grainy?

First, good work on this.

It's a good idea having a start and end date but I think if you enter nothing in both dates then the slide should always show, maybe default to today's date for Start Date and Jan 1 2100 for the End date.

If I'm not checking any of the Insert Slide/Replace Slide/TBD radio buttons, the slide does not appear in the manager list. It is created though - both the image in /uploads/ and the record in the database.

When I post a gray image with black text it will upload a full gray image without the black text. How is this possible?

ATM it says "Compatible up to Revolution 2.2.x". Therefore it's not available in 2.3's repository list.
Will there be an update?

I have download Slideshowmanager through modx manager but when i click install nothing happens.

Is there a bug on the modx extra or what should i do?

I've installed slideshowManager on my Modx 2.2.6 site and tested successfully with the built in slider 'nivo'. Now I'n trying to integrate the poular sliderWall js and css as an alternat 'skin'.

My markup is displaying correctly but the sliderWall JQuery dosen't seem to be picking up the hidden content and displaying the slideshow.

I'd be happy to share a link to the modx site under development so that you can see what I'm talking about.

Running MODx Revolution 2.2.8-pl (traditional) and installed Slideshow manger version 1.1.2-pl through package management.

Got a few errors during first installation.

New slides created in album 1 save to a future date instead of current. After setting todays date and a later date for expiration the start and end date defaults to 12-30-1969 automatically after saving. Last, wen I try and update any slide, the Please Wait message stays on but nothing else happens. Seems to lock up on this message, but nothing saves.

I have uninstalled and re-installed and removed and re-downloaded package multiple times. Now the console just says: Console running... during installation and does not show anything else.

Hello, I would like to change the height of the carousel to 100px. I can't find any instructions on how to do this?

Instructions are lacking. I need to know a link to the instructions or how to use SlideImager, such as images sizes and reducing the height size of the carousel.

I'm using slideshowmanager-1.1.3-pl and I tracked down what I thought was a conflict with a jQuery menu system. It turned out that the problem was being caused by an earlier version of jQuery which wasn't compatible with the menu being loaded in the slideshowmanager nivo_headTpl chunk.

I'm going to have to make this change any time I update slideshowmanager and I'm posting this in the hope that I may be able to help anybody who experiences the problem going forward.

Would there be any possibility of checking for a another jQuery version before doing the load? This would sort the issue for once and for all.

The [[++site_url]] that is set in the nivo_headTpl.html file and others should be the assets path, maybe: [[++assets_url]]

I created an album with a dimension 450 x 300. I uploaded some images and decide the image where not displaying what I wanted to see. I changed the album image size to 600x400. I deleted all the current images. I went to upload new images but it still maintained the 450x300 size. It did not change to the new dimension of 600x400. The only option is to delete the album and start over. It would be nice to be able to change the album dimension after it is created.

I am getting a error when installing the package into MODX Revolution 2.2.0-pl2 (traditional). The slides also do not appear in any category apart from TBD. Error below:

Love this module it ends up in a lot of my sites these days.

One request could be that it uses the date format set in the the core settings. Being from the UK I would rather it use d-m-Y rather that Y-m-d.

But It wont let me load images.

Ive been searching through the plugins and cant find any other user friendly sliders.

PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS TO WORK.

I have a two testing sites built using the Slideshow Manager. The first test site is at pryzemedia.com/clients/kidsdental and the second test is a duplicate of the first that is on the actual domain where the site will go live. Both test sites use the same Slideshow Manager and they were working until earlier today. Nothing was touched on the first testing site since Monday when I copied over the database and content over to the new site. From then until this morning the slideshows were working fine.
So today, when I wen to investigate I discovered that none of the slides for two of my Albums were not showing up and some of the slides from other Albums were missing. I went to the actual database and have verified that all of the missing slides are still inside of the database. They however are not showing up inside of the Slideshow Manager under Slides and they are no longer showing up on the Website. I have done nothing to this component or database since Monday when it was working fine on both websites. I have also cleared the cache a few times today on both sites and the slides are still missing in the Slideshow Manager on both sites. Also, it looks like the same slides are missing on both sites but the content is still in the database.
Please let me know what I need to do to fix this, or if you need any additional information.

Just installed and tried to open the Slideshow Manager in the Extras dropdown and the right hand page is totally blank. Did all the usual cache clearing and logout steps and still nothing. Also no errors in the error log.
