oculusminimalexample's Issues

x error

Hi,

I am on Arch Linux. When running Example_SelfContained, I get the following:
X Error of failed request: GLXBadFBConfig
Major opcode of failed request: 154 (GLX)
Minor opcode of failed request: 21 (X_GLXGetFBConfigs)
Serial number of failed request: 144
Current serial number in output stream: 144

I have successfully run "OculusWorldDemo", so my setup should work in principle. Any idea what is going wrong?

Best,
Franz

Compile error

I'm getting the following error on visual studio

  Example_SelfContained.cpp
2>..\..\..\examples\cpp\Example_SelfContained.cpp(252): error C2440: 'type cast' : cannot convert from 'overloaded-function' to 'const char *'
2> Context does not allow for disambiguation of overloaded function

Code::Blocks

In the following directory:
C:\Users\Lawrence\Documents\Codeblocks\OculusMinimalExample\build

I ran the following to create a Code::Blocks Project for the Oculus:
cmake .. cmake .. -G "CodeBlocks - MinGW Makefiles" -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-std=c++11" -DCMAKE_C_FLAGS="-std=c++11"

However, when I build the project in Code::Blocks I get the following error:
CMakeFiles\Makefile2|71|recipe for target 'CMakeFiles/OculusMinimalExample.dir/all' failed|
C:\Users\Lawrence\Documents\Codeblocks\OculusMinimalExample\build\Makefile|82|recipe for target 'all' failed|

Is there a different way I should be running cmake (or settings to change the Code::Blocks) to get the project to compile properly to not have a recipe error?

Thanks,

Lawrence
