Update to Jenkins 2.361 with Java 11+ support.

• Update LTS baseline
• Remove Java 8 support
• Update Readme (Badge)

Use JUnit from POM and remove explicit version.

Add some description what features are available.

The latest Test Harness Version re-integrates JUnit 5 support.

Minor changes for this version.

• CI Temurin migration
• asm workaround
• Missing nullability annotations

Rename JenkinsRule so it's not confused with it's base class.

Add support for an optional message, which is shown on the blocked item.

The current used LTS baseline has been removed from BOM recently.

There are sporadic errors at the moment though.

The tests fail on JDK 16 due to a module issue:

module java.base does not "opens java.util" to unnamed module

A workaround is necessary until JDK > 11 is supported officially.

Test Harness provides JUnit 5 support again.

Test Harness has once more removed the JUnit 5 support.

i18n support, for messages visible to the user.

Remove deprecated java.level, see #71.

Updating the plug-in to v0.3.3 may cause a NPE on date formatting if blocks, set by the previous version, exist.

Upload a pre-build HPI on release.

Add a CI Build for Java 21.

The block action should indicate the user, who set the block. The availability of this information depends on the instance setup though.

Update to the new Jenkins 2.332 LTS. This version may not be backwards compatible!

There are some issues on Dependabot created PRs:

Builds fail on main, so excluding Dependabot push events wasn't enough.
