1. Create a new WPF solution
2. Configure Mvvm.Core
3. Use the manager to show a window

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A NullReferenceException is thrown

mvvm-core needs a validation mechanism to
 * Check if all the ViewModel have the same base class
 * Checl if all the ViewModel implement an interface
 * Some validation rules

It needs to be analysed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set up a window with the manager without setting up the closing lambda
2. Close the opened windows

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window should close but instead, a NullReferenceException is thrown
