when installed, these errors show up

1. The code execution cannot proceed because libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

3. The code execution cannot proceed because libstdc++-6.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

4. same as 3

that's about it... it just triggers smartscreen because it's a unrecognized app, and this is probabely unwanted

I have found a bug when using the Standard Tool that doesn't exist on MidiEditor.

When you try to change a note's duration by clicking and dragging one side of a note, it will move the whole note instead.

You can no longer change the duration of a note by using the Standard Tool. You need to use the note duration tool to do it, which is very cumbersome (you need to select the tool in Tools > Current Tools > Change note duration, or press F11).
