Project guidelines

Based on Play FrameWork
Build and run through sbt
- play framework start guideline
Document all method (including private methods)
Controller Action must be asynchronous
- Using Java 8 :
  - CompletionStage
  - CompletableFutrue
- Not using :
  - ~~get()~~
  - ~~join()~~
Create JUnit
