@fippo I'm not entirely sure what exactly you mean by "isn't this resolved with rtcp-termination?" but I thought I'd let you know in case it's of use to you... We're still refining RTCP termination in general and we're implementing a remote bitrate estimator in particular.

Yes. We eat up REMB-s that endpoints send to the Videobridge and we make decisions based on them. We also rewrite RTP abs-send-time headers to make them more reliable
We also monitor jitter, loss, bitrate and all that to generate our own at the bridge. ( And kudos to @lyubomir @bgrozev and @gpolitis for implementing all these things).
