while trying to identify AMR genotypes from my fasta files, I'm getting this error

Can't exec "diamond": No such file or directory at /home/me/VAMPr/VAMP.pl line 171.
readline() on closed filehandle $reader at /home/me/VAMPr/VAMP.pl line 176.

any help is appreciated.

Hi,
I have run into an error when running the following:
perl ./VAMP_database.feature.pl
Use of uninitialized value $end in join or string at ./VAMP_database.feature.pl line 78, <$reader> line 54314339.

I have checked that it successfully downloads the uniprot_sprot.xml.gz file (md5sum correct) but that is as far as it gets before this error.
