IE cannot render header colour
No recovery option after voterId conflict.
When a voter has entered a conflicting name - they must manually refresh the page to start again. This could be avoided by either auto refreshing the page or reshowing the username input field to allow modification.
Title bar still default
ReactJS app needs componentising and refactoring.
Currently the app is a monolithic component with global state. Ideally we'd split out each component i.e. Header-bar, Username-input, Proposal-input, Results, etc. to make the interface much cleaner and more reusable.
No management UI.
Optimise smart contract for gas usage.
No proposal migration after voting has closed.
If the voter joined a round after the voting has closed - they must refresh the browser and start again to be included in the next round.
No error handling on nextVote() call when voting is not closed.
