Running the Application

Docker

docker compose up
  • api will be hosted on port : 3001
  • frontend web application will host on port : 3000
  • database will be connected to mongodb online(network connection required)

without docker

setup frontend and backend separately without docker

seting up backend

cd backend
npm install
npm run dev

seting up frontend

cd frontend
npm install
npm run dev

Running test cases

backend test cases

cd backend
npm install
npm run test

npm install
npm run test
This website is a full stack ecommerse site.Users can sign up and login and use it to place orders and so on.
To access admin routes user must login with admin role account . pre created admin account credentials are made available in the project report.please check it to.
