I'm Modelling Officer for the University of Edinburgh School of Geosciences. I work with researchers on various geophysical and ecological modelling and data analysis codes, with an eye towards efficient workflows and sustainable software development. I collaborate on conceptualizing and implementing original mathematical models as well as adding HPC acceleration to existing software.
