There should be a large billboard at base that can be used to display the server's name, logo, and rules.

  For upstream PR: use existing domination logo by default
  For TF Spartan: use community-created image

On Chernarus 2020, the flagpole at base is bugged:

• simulation is disabled, so there is no flag on it
• it clips into the arsenal box

The motor pool is too far away from the infantry spawn point. An ideal place for it would be in the nearby field NE of the aircraft barracks.
