Replace deprecated dependency gulp-util

gulp-util has been deprecated recently. Continuing to use this dependency may prevent the use of your library with the latest release of Gulp 4 so it is important to replace gulp-util.

The README.md lists alternatives for all the components so a simple replacement should be enough.

Your package is popular but still relying on gulp-util, it would be good to publish a fixed version to npm as soon as possible.

The plugin breaks if you install it directly with npm install gulp-untar and not with adding it to package.json and running npm install afterwards.

The fix to isaacs/node-tar#150 was released in version 3.0.0 of tar.

Since gulp-untar is still using 2.2.1, products that use this module will see the same issue from anti-virus scans.

Please consider upgrading the tar version to 3.0.0 or higher
