At the moment, Markdown files need to start with level-2 headings because the title recorded in the metadata is rendered as an h1. The title should be rendered just with a bigger size and posts use level-1 headers directly. The title of the post should not a header because it does not contribute to its structure; it's orthogonal to it.

Posts should have a commenting system, preferably one that allows posting without registration but with some level of protection against spam. Disqus sounds reasonable.
