I reinstall an extension but nothing changed. Could you please pay attention to this problem?

I have an issue where after pressing Next, the addon just spins for a few minutes and then eventually says "Something went wrong when executing the add-on"

I'm new to Apps Script but I'm trying to deploy this as an Add-On to my (small) domain via the Marketplace. It's published privately inside the domain, not publicly. I'm able to get it published correctly as best I can tell, but when I install the add-on from the Marketplace it doesn't seem to work. It installs successfully, appears in the side bar, but then it gives this error in the side bar:

I can deploy the addon via manifest from the Apps Script editor without issue, it's just installing via the marketplace that seems to break things. Do you have any idea where I would start troubleshooting?

Hey Jonathan. I've been looking for a coding project on GitHub to do/contribute to since I could not get an internship for this summer. Would it be cool if I made some improvements to this Gmail add-on of yours? I opened up a pull request where I added some TODOs outlining some improvements I thought of implementing to this add-on in the README.
