Holds Laravel Project For Scrable Spec

Before starting, please create a MySQL Database called 'scrable' (all lowercase).
After downloading project, use the Command Line to CD into the project folder (scrable-proj).
run "php artisan migrate". This will create the columns in the tables.
Finally, run "php artisan serv" and follow the link. Instructions from homepage should be clear on how to use the system
