All static files are passing through correctly, but are returning a 404 error. This is likely a problem with the 404 route.

Place anything non-essential in glueExtras, with the intention of making performance decisions by users easy and intuitive.

Any classes or tools placed in the glueExtras namespace should absolutely not be loaded unless they're requested by the user's code. That means they can rest assured that any extra stuff that might otherwise be considered bloat is in glueExtras so it isn't slowing down their site.

glueExtras namespace should be clearly organized to make dependencies intuitive as well (but dependencies should really just be avoided).

CRUDder->update() should add LIMIT 1 to the query.

Can't just add it though, because SQLite doesn't support LIMIT on UPDATEs by default, and it needs to work for unit testing.

routeRedirects(), routeMarkdown(), routeStatic(), routeCodepages() and routeAutoRoute() should be moved into their own class. This should probably be done after #9 because this is exactly the sort of thing that belongs in glueExtras.
