Need to get the XegerGen content generators created and tied into the appropriate methods for SizeFSFuse.

Performance enhancement to remove string += operations and replace with join on lists of strings - potentially a reasonable performance improvement for little effort

Get the test quite to a useful state of feature coverage for sizefs.py and contents.py

Modify the Xeger generators to return a size with a generation, and use an accumulator to calculate the total size of a generated regex to replace lots of calls to len()

Allow files to be ~100M etc. rather than a fixed size. This would mean the file was at least 100M, but with the final filler pattern possible pushing the file over the file size requested. The pattern will always be followed, and no padding is required.

The generators need to be updated when an xattr is added/updated/removed

If we don't keep track of the file location we can't do chunked reads, which are essential for large filesizes.
