Uploading a photo after filling out form fields erases all previously input 
data.

Trying to create a program. Cannot go past step 1.  After populating all fields 
and uploading photo, the following message is received:


"Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 
'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in 
/home/vollyit/public_html/php/process-program-part1.php on line 16
Failed to connect to server:"

saved a program to drafts, did not appear in the "Your Programs" draft 
selection.

When signing up, hitting tab on the keyboard does not result in the expected 
behavior.  Does not jump from field to field. Rather, resets fields.

When uploading an image (profile pic or org logo), a "leave page" confirmation 
comes up when selecting the "upload" button.

Browser: Google Chrome on Mac

Selecting the text in the About Us window of the Organization page does not 
save the text previously entered. User should be able to click the text and 
edit the existing text.  Currently, it disappears entirely.  

Additionally, clicking the "Save About Us" does not save the text. Takes you to 
a warning of some sort.

Images are scrunched if the dimensions of the uploaded image do not match the 
default dimensions.  We may need to incorporate a photo editor application to 
allow users to crop their images.  Can we look into: http://www.aviary.com/ or 
similar programs?

Selecting the volunteer management tab, volunteers are not showing up in the 
list.

The connections from the Organization Creation page did not save.  Only the 
last connection entered (You tube) saved when creating the organization.  

Admin should be able to add, edit and remove rows to the volunteer import.  
After clicking to import volunteers, taken to a 404: page.

Unable to add organization tags.  Adding tags and pressing "enter" does not add 
the tag.  Additionally, doing this clears all the organization links in the 
"Link your profile" section.

Selected a plan that costs money (The Pro Plan). I was never prompted to add 
payment information.  Is this functionality not available?

Process flow for Volunteer sign up is different. Selecting "Are you a 
volunteer" takes to page with same fields found on the organization page. 
Should take to page with just e-mail and password fields.  See process flow

Special character apostrophe breaks the org name. See attached screen shot.

Throughout the site, these links should just open the user's default e-mail 
client. For the time being, both should be addressed to [email protected].
