Configurable Kroki endpoint

Using this for eventually sensitive data is not possible when the public endpoint is hard-coded.

Can you make the endpoint configurable?

namespace stuttering

this preprocessor is called 'kroki-preprocessor', which is kind of redundant.
It's a breaking change, but it would be nice to configure this as

authors = ["You"]
language = "en"
multilingual = false
src = "src"
title = "example"

[preprocessor.kroki]

instead of

[book]
authors = ["You"]
language = "en"
multilingual = false
src = "src"
title = "example"

[preprocessor.kroki-preprocessor]

Table renderer is broken

  • Unable to render table when kroki-preprocessor enabled.

Even a 0.0.1 release would help to establish the evolution of the project, please cut a release :)
