Add a query undesired /dangerous type conversion

for example : "int" to "short"

int foo(int iPram)
{
    int iBig = 0;
    short sSmall = 0;

    iBig = iPram;
    sSmall = (short)iBig;
    return sSmall;
}

Joern-scan leads to the following error output from /tmp/joern-scan-log.txt

However, I am able to successfully run joern-scan if I build on commit 9b2068e.

I am attempting to build query-database on ubuntu:18.04 with a DockerFile like so:
example_docker.txt

Please let me know if I am missing some step somewhere.

Note: I still run into the error if I run joern-scan in the original container instead of openjdk

Continue on the path of #12 and add more queries

Right now, joern-scan --dump is required query-database releases and at the same time, query-database depends on joern. That causes some problems that we could resolve easily by moving the few lines of code that constitue --dump into querydb.
