Hi Joe, I am working in shear ratio test and I want to create module for gamma_t. I found in https://cosmosis.readthedocs.io/en/latest/reference/standard_library/cl_to_corr.html?highlight=gamma that we can calculate gamma_t. But when I read, that is compute gamma_t from c_ell.

is that true if I compute C_ell with Limber approximation in project_2d?

and when we calculate C_ell, do we use shear_position or other setting?

and also I am still confused how to declare 2pt, let's say for shear-shear, in the tutorial 5, I found:
shear-shear = sample-sample
but I have read in project_2d, we can declare shear-shear = euclid-ska or shear-shear=T.
how can decide about what we need to declare?

or do you have suggestion how to calculte gamma_t? thank you so much

I tried to modify 2pt in demo6/tutorial 5 with file shear/cl_to_corr/cl_to_corr.py, but I have an error: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'scipy.fftpack._fftpack'. could you help me to solve this? thank you so much
