Create challenges for enrichment

Need to update the following examples for 2018 school year

Add tuples information to assertions

After removing tuples as a separate topic, add notes in to the assertions section to show tuples, and how they can be used to be a list of options in isinstance

Update repl.it course

Need to update the Exercises and Assignments on repl.it to match the new course plans.

Chore: Update spacing/indents/conventions

Need to go through all notes and update items based on PEP-8 (and other) conventions.

Update LG/OLGs

Need to update the OLGs, LGs, and SC in the main document.

Formatting Changes

There is a major amount of minor formatting changes that will need to be dealt with in the documents throughout the site

GitHub has changed their styling in Markdown as per this document

Because of this, there will need to be updates to a lot of the MD files on the site.
