Support for Swift Package Manager

It would be pretty cool to have integrations with a service like CodeCov or HoundCI to provide some metrics.

Each PR should have to pass build validation prior to being merged

Determine if this is feasible and resolve TODO within in GuppyURLProtocol

While trying the example project I hit some requests and some didn't show up in Guppy's screen. After opening and closing Guppy's screen multiple times they eventually showed up.

It would be nice if there is a pending state.

Instances of SniffURLProtocol are retained after the requests are completed

Refactor Guppy to allow for a custom logging protocol

Most apps won't want to leave Guppy enabled in production. Add some content to the README around this. For CocoaPods you can do: pod 'Guppy', :configurations => ['Debug', 'Dev-Release', 'Test-Debug', 'Test-Release']

Looks like this may be caused by the 4096 buffer size limit that is being enforced on the request's httpBodyStream

View JSON response/requests in a more readable format

• Add swift lint
• Ensure CI checks for linting issues before merge
