Conserved-vs-Degraded-Forest

This repository contains the data and scripts used to identify differences between the structural attributes of conserved and degraded tropical dry forest in the Ayuquila River watershed, Mexico.

The scripts and data can be found inside the Scripts folder. The scripts that contain the compelte analyses can be consulted in the following files: Wilcox_LogReg.R, Correlations.R and AccuracyClass.R. In turn, the scripts used to make the plots is available in two files: Boxplots.R and correlation_plots.R. Finally, the data used to perform all the analyses is available in the plots_data.csv file.

To download all the files click on the green button "Code" and download as zip or open with the Github Desktop App.

The complete article can be consulted at: Gao, Y.; Skutsch, M.; Jiménez Rodríguez, D.L.; Solórzano, J.V. (2020). Identifying Variables to Discriminate between Conserved and Degraded Forest and to Quantify the Differences in Biomass. Forests 11, 1020. https://doi.org/10.3390/f11091020
