Adding an answer from administrator console won't show success alert, but new answer is still added to the database.

when adding existing exiting category, user is informed that new category is added yet nothing actually happens

When adding two answers in a row, the second one updates the first one instead of adding a new one.

Search terms should be highlighted for the quick scanning of pages by an operator. If I search for "banana" the returned results should have banana highlighted wherever it appears on the page (both in db search and in web search).

When editing a ticket in the operator console, the edit figure closes the operator console once it's launched.

Editing in the HTML window takes too long. I propose we scrape the text, instead of the html. Pull a certain number of characters before the identified searched term and number of characters after. This will stabilize archiving answers in the db as well, as there won't be so much useless data.
