Update in BuiltInFunctions not working

XBMC2: Error: Can't connect to "http://kodi.wiki/view/List_of_built-in_functions" to update "BuiltInFunctions".

BuiltInFunctions separated in different files based on category: https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/tree/master/xbmc/interfaces/builtins

Show indicator when downloading (or trying to) action information

Maybe if it takes more the x seconds then show.
Possibly only when no action info available

EventServer NOTIFICATION

JSON-RPC actions need to be able to pass-through results of the actions.

For example:
"Player.GetActivePlayers" gets the "player.id", that is then used in "Player.GetItem" and "Player.GetProperties"

JSON-RPC methods return value in event as alternative
