Information should be displayed next to each item that shows what folder it's in (if applicable). This can be achieve using the parentId and url attributes in a BookmarkTreeNode.

This type of stuff exists in Spotlight:

Folders are appearing in the search, but they shouldn't. They should not be added to the render list.

When a folder is selected, it doesn't do anything.

There is a scrolling bug with the arrow keys. May need to capture the scrolling event and only scroll when you reach the bottom or something.
