Finish implementing auth basics.

Several functions are mostly abstracted, to share with youtubeR. Finish that process, and move them to a new package.

Build initial versions of all functions using {api2r}.

For GHA (or other semi-stateless situations), we need to figure out what to do about rotating refresh tokens (the Zoom refresh token can only be used once; the return includes a new refresh token). Do we save the new one? Do we throw a warning? Do we fail?

This is unfortunate, but I think fixing it will be low-priority. Hopefully httr2 will deal with it.

I had a "bad grant type" (I think) error one time. Now I can't replicate it, and I stupidly didn't copy/paste the full error.

My current best guess is that the same refresh token was read from a cache in each of two sessions. I need to make sure on-disk cache overrules session cache when available, like httr2 does. I think.

If we authenticate during auth, it can cache to disk. "manual" auth doesn't currently cache to disk, though. Allow it.

Make a request builder/executer (and response cleaner). A lot of this should overlap with youtubeR and asanar.
