Another issue is the table heading in 15.10.2.10 which contains some text with background-color set.
Worse, some of the tables tweaked in the commit above should be using a monospace font and aren't.

Table 8 (Completion Record Fields), Table 31 (UTF-8 Encodings), Table 32 (Replacement Text Symbol Substitutions), and Table 38 (Internal Slots of Set Iterator Instances) are still a little messed up. Just some missing table cell borders and fonts.
Table 19 and a few others have empty rows which are present but practically invisible in the Word document.
Otherwise this is looking pretty good.
