I'm getting a fatal error on the front-end, the extension doesn't appear to be working in 2.3.1

Fatal error: Call to a member function create() on a non-object in *******/extensions/geolocation_service/data-sources/data.geoloc.php on line 24

Any quick fixes for this?

I'm getting an empty response :

Any ideas?
