Users should be able to perform RCON actions on their server from the web UI

Is it possible to add a feature that allows you to change the default ui to different languages?

Users should be able schedule commands to run on their server, such as:

• Scheduled message broadcasts
• Scheduled server backups
• Scheduled server restarts

Releases of the application should be built and published automatically using GitHub Actions. Preferably we should publish artifacts for any platforms that the Palworld Dedicated Server runs on:

• Linux
• Windows
• Docker Image

Need to include necessary env vars:

• RCON_HOSTNAME
• RCON_PORT
• RCON_PASSWORD

Optionally should include server env vars:

• HOST
• PORT

Currently if the app is unable to connect to RCON the first time it's accessed, it returns no data and a browser error is shown. Additionally if the app has been accessed before and then loses connection, it only shows a 500 server error with no context.

An error page with obvious error descriptions should be added. It should not expose connection details.

Users should be able to secure their PalCON instance, either fully or to hide important information, like the player list and administration functions.
