In this hotel management python project i try to minimize the struggle of hotel staff to keep a record of all guests, rooms, or meeting hall availability, different charge for exclusive room types, managing miscellaneous prices of guest/customer, all bills settled or not. I provide a safe environment where I can keep all details, without worrying about any data leak problem, as there is an authentication check to use this application, which restricts unauthorized access. In almost every hotel, a copy of guest identification proof is kept for safety purpose, so here I also provide this facility for all guests and if guest belongs to foreign lands, then their nationality is additionally required.

Admin User Employee User In this project, the admin can manage the whole site according to his/her requirements.

Customer module:- user can keep a record of all customers, alongside all details like their name, phone, address, their ID Proof, and additionally their nationality proof, if they are not residents of Kenya. Users can continuously add a new file, and update or delete a present record.

Room Booking Module:- In this module, i book a room for the customer, and pick out rooms and different facilities depending upon user requirements. In this, i require information from customers and room modules. Once you verify a room booking, you can get a printout of it.

Room Checkout module:- On checking out, the customer has to clear all its dues. For this cause, i require this module. In this module, i can check all room booking details, and check for any balance, also we can add any miscellaneous charges and proceed with payment. After checking out you can get a printout of this payment receipt.

Reports Module:- In this report module, i can detail all reserving whether they are of room or hall.
