Display a recycler view of a list of locations from the database. When selecting an item, it should update the database as the current location to use for searching for weather.

When clicking a result item from the recyclerview list, the item should be added to the database as the current location. The database should be updated to reflect that location as the current location item.

When typing in the search box, on the 3rd input of either a number or a city, it should start searching for a location. The location should be displayed in recycler view list.
