Where should the remaining nav links link out to?

Right now, I have "Work" linked to the first project's page, "Contact" to your email address, but need to know how to handle "About" and "Resume" (I assume resume will be a PDF or something similar, you can drop that into assets/docs/resume.pdf.

Can you figure out what language to put this in so that colors register in my atom files?

@joshrowley Can we make this width to 420 px? I kept trying but I am not sure how. Thanks!

How do I create a line break between email and phone number for the footer at 's'?

Need a favicon, preferably retina (16 x 16, and 32 x 32). This looks like promising tool to help you generate the correctly formatted .ico file.

This is nitpicky but can we align my logo with the thumbnail grid? Same for the links on the right.

Greatest Hotels can still link at bottom to Sounds by the Sea, and vice versa. I would do this if I knew how... need your help, sorry!!

Create a module for embedding a vimeo video into the hero slot of a project. Also allow for a video to be embedded into a regular module (refer to Knee Therapy jpg to see space blocked out for video).

It does not link back to the homepage / scroll down to About

For my major we have this portal this links to all of our sites. https://creativity.cias.rit.edu/index.php? The thumbnail I created is in img/portal-thumb. The directions:

"Thumbnail Link: This JPG image (258 pixels X 78 pixels) should be reflective of your work and you. The image must be uploaded to your own web hosting account and then linked using a url. Again it must start with "http://"

Ex. http://aesfaa.cias.rit.edu/images/mythumb.jpg"

I put http://alexamartinez.com/assets/img/portal-thumb.jpg but it didn't work. Do you know why?

• the arrows for Previous and Next Project seem big - should be 16px by 9px
• I added the "VIEW FULL DECK" Button at the bottom in the Takeaway module.

• 15 px between Subtitle (REBRANDING & WEB PRESENCE...) and text (IDENTITY & WEBSITE. FALL 2013)

Sorry, I would do this if I understood the way this code works better, but can we quickly just create a separate instance of video styl to have it so that the hero image with: bg_color: #f5f5f5 and 0 padding? The video in knee therapy is perfect though!

1. 1600x900 screen resolution on this one computer, using Chrome, shows the hero image not centered. The goal image is also not centered and shows the dark gray background. Same goes for full_images. They all look like they float left / do not hold the standard width of the website.

Would you be able to add some nice smooth interactions with my site? I can point to examples of things I like:

Question for @AlexaMartinez: Is this how any list should behave on these project pages, it'd be great if this could be a standardized style across all of the project modules.

My existing site is hosted via RIT's servers and is "arm5924.cias.rit.edu" - If people still type this in - is there a way to direct them to alexamartinez.com?

Hover states should be added to at least the thumbnail images on the homepage as designated in the homepage PSD on dropbox.

Move back width of text on the goal and alternate goal modules to what it used to be before made responsive.

I will work on a skills section for under my about me - it will be just icons and text.
I can always code it as well once I learn the way you do it.

Speaking with classmates, it actually is pretty important to make sure my site is responsive. Most important is iPad size.. then mobile. As much as you work on this would be greatly appreciated. This can maybe be the last thing that you do.

@joshrowley The big full images in projects... _full_image shows it cut off at top (possibly) but more importantly it slightly repeats at the bottom... go to Greatest Hotels to see what I am talking about. How can I fix this?

We should either have this gray border on all the slideshow images, or have the borders be present on the images themselves. Otherwise, it becomes a chore to manage styles in a stylesheet along side each image. With the border saved in the image, it's simplified to managing one file instead of managing both the file and the corresponding stylesheet.

Need SVG versions for Facebook, Pinterest, and Vimeo

@AlexaMartinez remaining tasks left on the site, i'll think i'll be able to get back to work on to these wednesday night. Let me know if you feel good about this list, any other remaining items you were thinking of. Also, feel free to create issues here on Github, it's the best way for me to keep track what's left on the todo list.

• update rest of assets for greatest hotels
• make copy of greatest hotels and fill in template for sounds by the sea / resolve any discrepancies in styling to standardize the template as much as possible
• reorganize project images (probably will have separate folder for each project)
• write up docs on how to create new projects / modules / manage existing ones etc...
• add 1 - 2 interactive animations see #28

I tested Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

IE is the only one who showed more errors:

• nav height is off, logo and text are offset
• typeface does not link (defaults to sans serif)
• blue stroke in Title module looks centered
• same issues with images at 1400+ px width as discussed in #88

Not sure if IE is something to worry about based on how noones uses it?

I think I might have somehow messed up the images because some are huge now. Unless that wasn't my doing.

?? Take a look at the .jade - I just copied and pasted and started switching file names and copy.

If we have time, can we make a menu (situated in right corner) for nav on mobile? "Alexa, About, Contact, Resume" can go into that. Super simple list... nothing crazy. I can make a icon and save it in assets/svg if you think this is something that will not take a lot of time. If not I do like how it is situated now.

How do I edit the line in my about me paragraph? There should be a bit of a gap between the paragraphs.

Currently I host arm5924.cias.rit.edu (current portfolio) on my school's server. I just bought alexamartinez.com and would like that to be my domain ... can we discuss how this can work / hosting etc.?

There are a couple large PDFs that are too big to be comfortably hosted in the Github repo and deployed onto to server every single time the website is updated. We should host these externally on Amazon S3, or probably most conveniently Dropbox. The two Greatest Hotel PDFs below are the PDFs that are too big:

They just need to have their URLs changed from dropbox.com to dl.dropboxusercontent.com for it to work correctly, for example:

turns into

Discuss bumping these texts down in size:

• Nav: Work, About, Contact, Resume
• Project: Main Objective (first big text module) can be bumped down a size... line height will have to decrease as well. This will be identical for the Takeaway at the bottom as well.
• Project: Title (Goals, Users, Takeaway, etc.)
• Project: Description (gray copy under title)

This might be a trial and error for me to see what I like best so if you show me I can edit these! My design just looks big to me on the screen... my fault! I'd like something more subtle.

Other type adjustments:

• Add space between about me paragraphs
• Lessen space between LET'S CHAT and email/phone
