v2 Source Code about canserver HOT 3 CLOSED

The source was moved over to @pyjamasam early in v2 development but then in order to gain the performance needed to support dual busses at full speed the open source libraries had to be abandoned.
I do plan to post a simplified Arduino code in the future for those that want to do their own development.

Don't really have time to get involved in the development, was mostly curious to see the code as a potential reference for a different (but open source) project. I was more curious to see the full-performance code rather than simplified Arduino code but I understand if you no longer wish for it to be open source.
