Turn off/black displays when not in use about canserver HOT 4 CLOSED

I also realize that if I were to add a mode or feature to the display, currently the display does not communicate its rev to the server. Perhaps I add this after the IO in the post inputs.

Latest code updated turns displays black as soon as you close the door, nice. Also found/fixed disp0 mode bug
Need to investigate why that bug is visible though, could be bug in display code.

This is the kinda thing I was thinking about with #5

The server doesn't need to know what the displays need data wise. It just makes the data from the car available. Displays (or other applications) can then pull the data they need.
